For Kristen

I moved in last Friday, classes started Tuesday. I’m taking 9 of them (classes). So far it’s been okay, but I can tell that it’s just going to be really really really good of me to schedule my time wisely. I’m also pretty involved with my church, doing things with the smaller campus groups plus kid’s ministry, and I’m working Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. I’m about to send an email to my boss asking him to change my schedule so I don’t have to work Sunday night so I can take a ’sabbath.’ I was going to change the entire thing, but then he hired people and filled in the hours I would have taken instead. So if I need to go home, I’ll have someone cover that shift. I wasn’t planning on going home that often anyway. For concerts, which are usually Friday nights, I’ll just have someone cover those shifts as well. And then either I’ll be working Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evening for a few hours or I’m just going to cut down my working schedule, which would probably be a better idea.

Now that you know what’s going on….

I’m happy to be back, I’m sad that I don’t get to see my sister’s face (unless I go on Facebook and look at my profile picture).

MUM

Hey, wanna come and watch her run on Saturday? We could pick you up and take you over. Her race starts at 10:50, give or take a few, so we’d need to pick you up around 10. You’d be back on campus by 12:30 - 1:00.

Let me know.

Yeah, that sounds good. Remember, it’s a game day.

MUM

Okay, if Kristen runs at 10:50, we need to be there by 10:30. We should pick you up at 9:30ish. if that’s okay.

Thanks, I appreciate the update. Good to know what is up with you. So yeah, I didn’t know that Kensington Metro was so close to Caroline. Weird. The band this year is really good, by the way. I am very excited for the competitions and stuff.

sorry, I didn’t sign in before I commented.
