I agree with the washing hands part. Also, don't touch your mouth, nose, eyes with your hands ever. Along with the airborne my friend recommended colloidal silver. I found it at a local health store ~ it comes in a "squirt" bottle (like saline solution for your nose) and I spray it in my nose multiple times a day (maybe once an hour) when I feel something coming on.

Haha, yeah. Not sleeping is why I got sick in the first place.

I'll definitely go ahead and change my sheets, though. I should try airborne, too. I've heard good things about it. Thanks!

coming from a person who is constantly trying to NOT get sick...

wash your hands...a lot...this is what keeps most colds away. use lysol on your furniture...wash your sheets and covers when you've been sick. if one of you is sick, maybe wear a mask. you can get them at any pharmacy.

airborne is great too. when max was in the icu we couldn't afford to get sick, and if we felt something coming on we would load ourselves with airborne and the ickies would go away fast. drink your orange juice, and take your vitamins.

and get rest...that one is easier said than done in college though isn't it?
